03 · Three promises

What the storm chasers won't give you.

After every hailstorm, out-of-state crews knock on doors, cash insurance checks and vanish. We have been on the same road since 2005.

01
Promise

We answer the phone.

Same office, same number since 2005. When your warranty matters in year 14, we are still here.

02
Promise

Our crews, start to finish.

No subcontractors. Crew leads have eight-plus years on roofs and stay on site from tear-off to the nail sweep.

03
Promise

Down to the deck.

Full tear-off every time. We check the decking, replace soft boards and never shingle over old ones.

06 · Ballpark estimate

Price your roof in three questions.

Roofers price by the square: 100 sq ft of roof surface. Footprint and pitch set the squares. Material sets the price per square.

1 · Size2 · Pitch3 · MaterialResult

How big is the house footprint?

1,800sq ft

Ground floor plus attached garage. A two-story 2,400 sq ft home usually has about a 1,300 sq ft footprint.

How steep is the roof?

Pitch is the rise in inches per 12 inches of run. Most Front Range homes are 5/12 to 7/12.

Did the last storm get your roof?

You can check most of this from the ground. Please don't climb up there. Tick what you have seen.

08 · Our story

In 2004 golf-ball hail hit Ray Castillo's hometown. Out-of-state crews took the insurance checks, did half the work and disappeared. His parents were left with a leaking roof and nobody to call. In 2005 Ray bought a trailer, hired two roofers he trusted, and promised the opposite: we live here, we answer the phone, and we will still be here when your warranty matters.
